    My TT has the same engine and quattro system as the S3, and it's quicker and better on fuel than the VR6, it handles better, the only thing is the sound, nothing sounds like a VR on song. A remap is a waste of time tooo, I had my last TT mapped by amd to 270 bhp, it was 0.5 sec to 60mph and did 158mph so 7 mph faster, but it lost all it's midrange torque it had so you were constantly changing gear if you were at low revs. After a VR6 you would hate the lack of torque a remapped 4 pot has. Best way to get more power and keep it better for normal driving is to go for a bigger turbo, intercooler,

    I was thinking of a MK2 big bumper GTi with a 130 bhp TD red i in it, that'd go pretty well and do good mpg too. In your case I'd buy a cheap old shed coz it'd be cheaper than a engine swop.

    Awesome, sounds a bit steep on the HP output, it aint got the engine of a veyron but twice as powerful it aint, and then to stick it in a Granny, should stick it in a ford pop or some yank iron.
