    Hi, I've just bought a scrapped mk3 vr6 shell for the FK konigsport coilovers that were on it, I'm trying to remove them to fit to my mk2 vr and I can't get them off. They are secured in place with a 19mm nyloc nut over threaded bar, but I can't see any way of clamping the insert to stop it turning so that I can get the nut off. Any ideas will be seriously appreciated as I'm really stuck here. Cheers Matt

    cheers for the help guys, def appreciate it. don't want to flog the issue, but is it only the ali effect available or is there black as well like on a standard mk4 gti?

    I currently have a mk3 vr and was considering changing to the 4motion but all the ones av seen have the wood effect trim. Is this standard, and if so can it be removed? As i find it bit off putting

    Does anyone know of any decent garages in the Blackpool/Preston area as I'm after some work and tuning doing. All garages I've heard recommended seem to be down south. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
