  1. Very annoying this! On averagely rainy roads,no problem at all.Go through a deeper puddle to either side,again ok. Go through one at a sensible speed (quick enough but not enough to create water plumes) and then it sounds like the exhaust is about to fall off and becomes very loud. At the same time there is a knocking from around the middle underside and the rear end becomes noisy.Then a few seconds down the road and all becomes as quiet as a mouse again! Surely it is designed for rough weather? I don't want to have to slow down to 20mph for every puddle! I've been underneath on a ramp and can
  2. Having had my 4motion for 2 weeks and loving every second of it, I have turned my thoughts to perhaps getting it remapped. I have a very local (10 miles) Superchips dealer or I can take it down to AMD technik. Any experience with either? The car is bog standard apart from a K&N panel filter. I just want that bit more oomph! She's quick,but only just dispatched a Cooper S the other night...Also, what engine oil is best? Mobil 1 or something a little less thin? Don't want any oil pressure problems! Thanks Mat
