  5. I guess that makes sense RCF.... if oil is stored in the inverted loop.... when the charger first turns from cold... the boost pressure on idle might be enough to push it out of the loop and straight into the charger .... until the main supply starts flowing 10 bonus points to that man :-p Thanks again to xyber, RCF & Ben ..... never fails to amaze me how quick and helpful replies can be.... happy Xmas all ;-)
  6. thanks for your help xyber ...... theres a pint in the bank for you bonus points still on offer for any supercharger boffins who can tell me why its goes there? (im just curious)
  7. this is probably what i should have done in the first place.... The yellow one is the oil feed.... and the oil return to the sump comes out from the bottom. The ones I am unsure of are the red and blue ones. (please correct me if im wrong :-p ) Xyber ..... so the blue connects to the red like the piccy below ?? and for the bonus points.... can anyone tell me what linking the blue to the red does? Once again... many thanks for your prompt help fellas ;-)
  8. Thanks for your help ben! I have read that guide thoroughly and looked at the diagram before and neither show what i am after. On installed pics of chargers they always show 2 lines coming from a blue anodised 'T' piece on the right and a line coming from the left of the chargers main outlet! Can anyone help shed some light?
  9. hi all, I wonder if anyone can shed a bit of light on the installation for a Vf- engineering stage 1 supercharger kit (V9). when stood in front of the car loking the installed charger, at the right hand side there are two inlets fitted with a T piece, one is the oil inlet .... what is the other for? and also on the left hand side of the charger there is a threaded hole on the air outlet.... what is this for? (there is another one on the right hand side... but this is blanked off) thanks in advance brock
  10. Could you put my name on a place please? Ive always quite fancied doing a rolling road sesh.... I guess i had better pull my finger out and get my car sorted huh? ;-)
  11. hi, This is a bit of a random request but if anyone knows the mounting bolt pattern and centre bore size for an OBD2 throttle body ..... or have a spare one lying around please either reply or drop me a pm. The reason why I am asking is because I am looking to have an adapter made up to fit an OBD2 throttle body to an OBD1 VSR intake and need to know the pattern ;-) Many thanks BRock
  12. thats spot on thanks richie....... now get back to work ;-)
  13. Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me out. I am looking for a part number for a VR6 side skirt passender side endcap. This is the part which is rivetted to the end of the skirt and wraps round into the arch. I have done a search but so far no luck. If anyone knows what it is it would be very much appreciated. Regards Brock
  14. I have been thinking about using alfa wheels but not these ones..... the wheel I was looking at are 5 x 98 pcd and have an offset of 30 and are 16" by 7.5. Would it be possible to make them fit using a custom spacer/adaptor?
