So I started my car, OBD1 coilpak Corrado and she let out a huge backfire and quit. Took some cranking to get re-fired, no idle several backfires and a horrible smell. Something wrong, right. Hooked up my jumper to check codes, CEL not blinking. My guess fired chip. Removed the ECU replaced my chip with a stock one, nothing; no CEL no start, everything else functioning including fuel pump. Swapped ECU for another unit, stock chip, same thing. Checked coilleads for spark, no spark on any coil. So I'm done, checked with my local Vdub guy, he said maybe a sensor? Wouldn't removal and reset of the
