Happened to both of my doors, go to a vw garage or specialist and get them to open the door/lock ups and all it needs is some tightening and some wd40. It did my head in until i got it fixed, lol!

My a/c seems to only work on fan speed one and cuts out on anything higher. Does this start to happen when the gas starts to run out and is it just a simple replacement thing? I do have a s/c fitted, can this be causing it? My car is a 96P Golf VR6 Highline. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers

Thanks for all ya replys! Ive got a s/c fitted with other mods, so was wondering what people thought. VR6 vs S/C VR6 for petrol, i suppose its personal preference and what each car likes. Again thanks for ya comments!

Anyone know where to look for a different steering wheel for my vr, that works with the airbag system too. Had a look at a website few months ago but can't remember the bloody web address, d'oh! Think it would just set the interior off to a tee! Cheers

i got a stage 2 s/c fitted and on the motorway get 28-29mpg on 80mph average. Thats around 345 miles with a full tank. Obviously much less around the town, between 12-17mpg. Hope this helps!

I need to insulate my 6 branch! Ive been told that the wrap wont last very long. Does anyone know if there is any wrap that will last or where i can get a heat shield from to stop my engine bay overheating! Even if the shield has to be fabricated! Cheers Y'all.
