Depending on how much you want to spend, you can use Audi door handles. They can be colour coded, they sit very flush...and look very good!

My kit is from EIP Tuning in America. It's a great and easy mod to do, and can be costly, but doesn't need to. Can be done really well for £50. Very direct gear changes, and even more fun to drive (if that's possible)!!
