Decats usually see improved torque, rather than a reduction ;-)

If you can't be arsed with the yearly gamble of the MOT, then a 100 cell sport cat from Milltek is a good idea.

I used to have a Supersprint bypass on mine and there was no loss in power or torque when fitting the sport cat, and mine is charged.
