Silver VR6 0 Posted July 5, 2006 Report Share Posted July 5, 2006 Hi all, im fitting a new rocker cover gasket at the weekend.. semi confident in doing so but are there any major points that i should be taking in to consideration (m)Also what parts atually need to be removed to do the job? intake manifold i know but can everything else stay in place? richievr 1 Posted July 5, 2006 Report Share Posted July 5, 2006 i'm reading mate....not a problem not a difficult job, remove plug leads, disconnect air pipe from maf to tb, remove vacuum hoses connected to inlet manifold, remove tb, then take off the manifold.remove rocker cover and "quote haynes - fitting is the reverse of removal!!!!!"
