Pittuf 0 Posted June 2, 2004 Report Share Posted June 2, 2004 Went to my local VW parts centre today to order the new rubber mounts so I can fit my coilovers at the weekend.Rears are pretty straight forward but I think there are a couple of bits on the front I have to get ?! I got the parts numbers, see below, can anyone confirm these are right or if I will need to get anymore bits, thanks Fronts in the engine bay - Item 23 on their diagram P/N 357 412 319B (most likely the top cover plate under the securing nut) £4.19+VATFronts in the wheel arch - Item 25 P/N 357 412 331A the mounting bush which has a small bearing in I think £12.58+VATRears in boot - Item 12 P/N 191 512 335 £3.10+VAT[ Edited ][ Edited ] Link to post Share on other sites
BenW16 0 Posted June 2, 2004 Report Share Posted June 2, 2004 pittuf i also got some rear mounts tday.. ordered them from gsf part numbers 45737 strut top mount, 45722c susp top mount-re lo, 45722b susp top mount-re up and the bearing that i nearly forgot but the guy from gsf rang me back and said id also need is 45737a strut top bearing.All added up to £37.30 which i thought was quite reasonable..hope this is ok mate..sorry not much help in the vw part numbers, but im sure if u want genuine parts give em a call and they will help u out,,good luck fitting mate.. post some pics up once youve got her sorted. cheers ben Link to post Share on other sites

Don't think I need to replace the top cover plate so I ain't gonna get that. Ben you mentioned the upper and lower rubbers for the rear, I think i've only got the part number for the upper one.The stealership parts department faxed me the exploded assembly drawings so I think i've worked out which bit is the lower rubber.I just hope I can get them in time to fit them this weekend, left it abit late to order them I think [ Edited Wed Jun 02 2004, 09:33PM ] Link to post Share on other sites
