thegoth 5
As with all cars alot depends on age and history.Take a look at this thread from just last week!http://www.vr6oc.com/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?121448TG
craggsy 91
It also depends on the type of miles, ie motorway or town
matth76 1
Also depends what your budget is. £3k will get you a nice relatively low mileage fsh example. Again, same as above, a well looked after vr will last up to 300k miles. One thing to check for any vr is if the chains need doing (esp, if over 100k miles) and always a good idea to ring up the garage of a potential car where it has been serviced for the last few years. Ideally it will have been serviced at a VR6 specialist as opposed to a main dealer. Are you looking to buy one or sell one?

craggsy 91
Keep looking, took me about 4 months to find a decent one
VR6Rich 3
Well mines just turned 147k and still going strong. Needs a clutch now but if the receipts/history I got with the car is anything to believe then it will be the first clutch change its had!
goonersteve 0
Keep looking' date=' took me about 4 months to find a decent one[/quote']Bout the same as me, possibly even 5 or 6 months even! It's well worth waiting for a decent example, especially if you've got a decent budget like you have.
