jezmoz 0 Posted May 27, 2006 Report Share Posted May 27, 2006 took the rear bench out and the boot carpet that goes under it was soaked and so is the back of the front passenger seat:( Can anyone help, need to sort this out before the leather goes in could it be the door membranes??? katconcarne 0 Posted May 29, 2006 Report Share Posted May 29, 2006 I had the same problem on my gti mk3 and it needed a new seal on the back light too! my vr is leaky too first thing I did was check the drains are clear and get a friend to jet wash around the doors to see if there is any leakage from the membranes (make sure your bud knows how to safely operate a jet wash so they don´t obliterate your paint work!)Kat Link to post Share on other sites
