Lugg 0
:@ HEllllp!!! just upgraded a Mk2 GTI for an M reg, '94, 5 dr vr6. Big miles, 137,500, but full service history. Blew the top hose off the block on the way home!! So had the block pressure tested- was fine. Replaced hose, put on new header tank and new cap, original vw, and all appears to be fine, but!! A)I can see small bits of residue in the header tank, a good flush in order maybe? and I get aboout 280 miles from a full tank of fuel. Is my right foot too heavy, or is this normal? Any help to a very keen, but slightly clueless at the moment, vw nut would be wicked.Cheers!! :^)
