You should really use the 2.9 manifold too, inconjuction with a remap to capitalise on the extra air drawn in. The MAF will compensate to certain extent but to get the most out of the conversion a remap is a good idea.

I'm running the AmD throttle body, which uses a larger butterfly and flows 17% more air than the standard throttle, inconjuction with an AmD remap and Schrick manny. The difference is very noticeable over standard throttle and no remap.
