Devildub_06 0
Right, i'm still going over all the faults and rattles and things in my Highline. When I picked her up, I changed the speakers in the front door pockets, but the grills supplied didn't fit, would standard grills go back in with aftermarket speakers? (There's hardly any front face protrusion)And I've changed the rears, now I may be talking bo**ocks, but I can't help but feel that the mounting rings are an aftermarket installation, haven't got pics at the mo, but the location of these is in the rear "cards" (it's a 3 door) with the speaker mounting ring being partially covered by the base of the seat each side and about 10-12" from door shut to centre of speaker ring, is this the standard location? Many thanks (
dubloke 4
yes, thats the standard location for rear speakers in a 3 door! standard grills should fit over all but the biggest of speakers, some modding may be needed but you can utilise them!
