Crozo 0 Posted January 4, 2006 Report Share Posted January 4, 2006 My VR is missing and I have read that the Cam position sensor and throttle position sensors are culprits of poor running. But where are they and how do I check them ? I have all ready changed the plugs and the HT leads so any help would be grate. Link to post Share on other sites
kilokilla 0 Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 the cam sensor is just behind coilpack remove top plastic cover and you can see it towards back of head at top just behind coilpack the tb sensor is the main big plastic module on side ov throttle body i would also check all breather hoses to tb as this can cause problem also it is quite common for coilpack to go down on 1 cylinder.
