Mine was bout £80-£100 I think from GSF. Im still not totally convinced by it because the sweep isn't as good as having 2 wipers - the one on my MK2 was better in this regard. kilokilla 0 Posted April 21, 2004 Report Share Posted April 21, 2004 I had 1 ov those kits from gsf and had same problem on my old golf so not gonna bother on me new 1 as it really didnt clear the screen very efficiently think its down to curvature ov screen on mk3. dubloke 4 Posted April 22, 2004 Report Share Posted April 22, 2004 i have a storm sigle set up on mine, and as you say, doesn't sweep as high up as the 2 arms together but have had no problem with the view out in very heavy rain! it does actually sweep quicker than the 2 arm set up though! plus it looks ace low in the screen and 1 arm = less drag, lol!
