You are going to a 45 tyre profile which will make the overall wheel size smaller. Normally you'd have to go up to a 16 or 17" to have a 45 profile and keep the overall size the same. The only very slight thing you may notice is your speedometer goes up the scale a fraction quicker when in fact you are going slower (only by a fraction mind you). That is because you have reduced the overall wheel diameter (hub plus tyre profile). Conversely if you fit huge wheels that are bigger than standard (again hub diameter plus profile) then your speedometer will say less than you are actually doing - eg. says 70 but you're doing 73 in fact. Normally its hardly noticable... (unless you go through a speed camera) Its apparently because the gearing and speedometer is linked to the wheel size. Although in your case I can't see any problems at all. Should look good though being a smaller profile.
