Was looking for some new wheels so gives ne a good reason to change !lol Realy want to go for 16's and lower the car a bit more but have a couple of questions.Currently have 8x17 et 30 and 8.5x17 et20 with 205/40/17 tyres.Looking to fit 7.5x16 et20 or 35 with 195/45/16 front and 9x16 et15 with 215/40/16 rear Borbet A's.Want rears to be wider than fronts with centres coloured same as car.Any problems with putting 9's on the rear of a mk3? purple highline monster 0 Posted September 10, 2005 Report Share Posted September 10, 2005 think 9x 16 is a bit wide but they do fit as you have coilovers you should be able to play!! minty did his vr on 9x16`s so he would be best person to ask!! as for borbet A`s i think they look the nuts! www.tunershop.co.uk do them cheap!! and they stock them sent to your door!
