jayb-vr6 0 Posted September 2, 2005 Report Share Posted September 2, 2005 hi there have been on the site a few times now and you guys are normally ace at helping me when things go wrong!!! im about to to an oil change on my car and today i got it over a pit and noticed that i have a leak!!! im unsure of what the bit/part is called but it is located to the right of the oil filter as you look at the engine from the front. can anyone shed some light on what this is so i can get a new seal for it??? many thanks in advance jaybtw it is also dome shaped and has a sort of cast nut on it. FishWick 21 Posted September 2, 2005 Report Share Posted September 2, 2005 That's the water-to-oil heat exchanger. Try nipping the nut up a bit more and see if it helps. You can get new O rings from the dealer no probs. Link to post Share on other sites
