vr6matt 0 Posted August 30, 2005 Report Share Posted August 30, 2005 Hey everyone,Ever since a I had my car lowered 6 months ago there has been a very slight creaking when turnind the steering wheel and pulling away in 1st. seadog 0 Posted August 30, 2005 Report Share Posted August 30, 2005 i`ve got the same problem, lowered on koni`s and under 60,000 miles. my mate has a 51 plate astra turbo with konis that makes exactly the same noise! he got it checked at it came back that its the release bearing for the clutch! richievr 1 Posted August 31, 2005 Report Share Posted August 31, 2005 i had an awful creaking /clunking coming from mine it was the front wishbone bush at the back - where the wishbone bolts into the subframe - turns out it sounded much worse than it was as it was echoing through the subframe and sounded AWFUL . . .was only the bush in the end Link to post Share on other sites
