Help needed - What are my rights?

I finally managed to send the Konig Holes back to the supplier on Monday.

As I guessed they are kicking up a stink as two of the wheels had been on the car (but not driven) before I noticed the damaged one. This means that the paint was a bit scratched where the bolts had been tightened up.

I made them aware of this right from the begining, but I can see it will be a stumbling block to getting my money back.

What are my rights.....what should I say?

Any help would be most appreciated.

Phone the citizens advice www.adviceguide.org.uk as they have been quite useful for me in the past month or so.

I think TBH you should get a full refund as you have told them everything. And at the end of the day they provided you with faulty goods and you are within your right to ask for a refund.
