Mine is pulled down on idle up to 4200rpm the opens up after that but I've looked at tt 3.2 work opposite so don't know what's right/wrong?! Link to post Share on other sites

Open position you are talking about should be the torque position if I understand you correctly (long length tract = torque) - before the power position (short tract).
