The Blue Oval has revealed an MVP edition F-150 pickup in honor of the Kansas City Royals 2015 World Series Championship.2016 Ford F-150 MVP Edition -01
Based on the F-150 XLT and features chrome bumpers and grille, unique polished stainless rocker panels, a spray-in bedliner and special MVP Edition fender badges. Back in 1985, when Royals won the series for the first time, the Ford made a special MVP edition Ranger. So, at the suggestion of Marc Lassalle, a Royals fan who thought it would only be right if Ford celebrated his team the way they did back in 1986.

F-150 MVP Edition will be offered with a choice of three powertrains – 2.7-liter turbo V6, 3.5-liter turbo V6 and 5.0-liter V8 unit, available in either Blue Flame or Oxford White paint.
Only 300 Ford F-150 MVPs will be made at the company’s Kansas City Assembly Plant. The F-150 MVP edition is on sale now only at Kansas City area Ford dealers with the prices starting in the mid-$40,000 range.
