R32mk2 0 Posted January 13, 2016 Report Share Posted January 13, 2016 Hi thereI'm running an 02A on my R32 lump. I recent changed the passengers side seal. Mine has the bolt in type flange with the seal sleeve. The seal went in OK but it continued to leak gearbox oil. I dropped the driveshaft off again and noticed that when I turned the wheel by hand the whole sleeve spun in the diff housing with the driveshaft. After a few kilometres the whole sleeve and seal works it's way out and leaks again. Any ideas on why it might be doing this? I'm guessing that the sleeve has worn and instead of being a friction fit it's now loose. Hopefully it's the sleeve and not the diff housing that's worn.Any help would be most appreciated Thanks Link to post Share on other sites
