Hiten 0 Posted March 28, 2004 Report Share Posted March 28, 2004 it's easy to take it off. unbolt the allen key bolts at the front.unbolt the bolts at the rear of rocker cover.unplug the sensors, one on the front right next to fuel pressure regulator, the rest around the throttle body.take the intake hose off.disconnect the vacuum pipe in the middle of the shrick.you dont need a hoist Link to post Share on other sites
MarkGolf 6 Posted March 28, 2004 Author Report Share Posted March 28, 2004 Sorted, got the intake off, not sitting in the garden!Didn't get any of the wiring leading to the lil box on the ECU though, car will still be there next week, so can grab that then if i can find out what to do...A lil vavle in between the inlet and vacuum pump (black round thing on bulk head) from the lil valve 2 white wires go to a white box, from the white box there's a reb,blue and black wire going into the ECU...
