SHARKY 0 Posted June 4, 2005 Report Share Posted June 4, 2005 Hi guys...I don't know if this is of any use to anyone, but I found this fault code reader on a site when looking for a brake caliper tool (which they have for under a tenner by the way!).Check it out - http://www.tooled-up.com/Product.asp?PID=91700.There's an instruction pdf to view - if I'm right it is for ODB1/ older type interfaces. I was going to get one but mine is ODB2.It uses flash codes and seems to cover the basics in a car.I was going to buy it 'cos it was only cheap (way cheaper than a VAG-COM) and worth a try, but it's no use to me.Anyway guys hope this could help some of you - if not then I've just asted a few minutes on a boring Saturday posting this!!!
