Ill interpret those double negatives as you have no lambda probe plugged in?

 

Impossible to have closed loop control with lambda probe unplugged!

 

If you have lambda unplugged and your reading 16 to 17 AFR on a correctly calibrated wideband, I would say your fuel pressure is too low. What AFR do you see in boost?

i have not boosted it yet but when I rev it abit it does seem to go lower like in the 14s as I'm generating boost if that makes sense also using a aem wideband

Where is you wideband located? If it's in the tail pipe then I've seen plenty between 16-21 on idle. But it's fine when wot.

You seem to be testing half a job. Get it all plugged up and any leaks you know of sorted 1st then take it for a drive to test for correct readings.
