michael5556 247
Well machine polish is really the only way to remove it. Then a good sealant or a wax will help and then just correct washing techniques. Two bucket method etc. Or you could mask the swirls with a filler polish but they will still be there and keep coming back...

michael5556 247
Just do your research on them and be careful as it's easy to burn through. Pay a professional or someone who has too much spare time on their hands to do it (me lol) it's not cheap though.
Lukey. 381
One of the Meg's DA polishers aren't too expensive. Then just a green pad and a final finish polish will take care of all but the worst swirls. You have to be totally wreckless to wreck your paint then.

Lukey. 381
I did this with a DA polisher when I had an A3, green lake country pad and menzerna final finish polish, before it looked like it had been washed with a stiff floor brush
