Craig331 1 Posted December 18, 2013 Report Share Posted December 18, 2013 Name: VW Golf Mk3 (1999) Date Added: 18 December 2013 - 07:14 PM Owner: Craig331 Short Description: VW GOLF MK3 ESTATE Originally started life as a 2.0 8v but developed a missfire that the previous owner couldn't fix so I bought the golf as a non runner, Managed to find the issue of lost earth to the dizzy so a quick fix but the main reason for purchase was to convert to vr6 so the removal of the 2.0 started very soon after getting it through the MOT :-) The conversion wasnt as easy as I thought but well worth the effort and the bugger is still causing me issues now but as all projects they're sent to try us espescially when they didn't come from the factory in the uk I've enjoyed every minute of the conversion as I've learnt so much over the time I've stripped and reassembled every part so far.
