im just in the process of changing my head gasket does anyone know if its worth using a 3 Layer metal head-gasket even though I don't have a turbo,

also im thinking of using head studs instead of bolts.

i would be grateful on any advice :! :? %-6 !amazed

if you use the 3 layer metal one it will lower your compression, thus losing torque and your car will feel slower. stick with reinz or similar. and if your talking about using strengthened studs ie, arp, then it is recomended if you plan on higher horsepower or a bit of track day action, but otherwise save the money.
