Rear drivers side window down and won't go up

Hi,

When washing my car, I noticed the rear driver’s side window was just open. I tired to close it, the motor worked when I pressed the button but nothing happened. When I pressed it to go down it went down and will now not go up, the motor is working both going down and up.

Any ideas as to the cause of this?

How do you remove the inner door panel to investigate the inner workings of the door as from an initial look, I can’t figure how to do it?

My guess would be that one or bother of the little plastic clips that hold the window have broken buddy, It is a farily easy job to replace them though.

Take the cover off the inside handle, undo the screws and pop the perimeter off the. It should just lift straight off.
