Rocker cover gasket stud pattern when re-fitting??

but is there a particular pattern to tighten the studs, eg. from the centre out or an X shape, corner to corner? :^)

I dont think it particularly matters unlike head bolts e.t.c., but try to spread the torque out best you can, i personally alternate going from corner to corner

I snake it that way its evenly tightened down ,corner to corner can leave the middle section humped and promote seepage.

But each to there own
