not sure if i have a build thread on here or not but here goes:

1993 model

jetta vr6

was automatic, made manual

177 000km's on as of today

repaied gearbox twice and now sounds like its on the way out again, going to build the box up myself with the help of you fine gents on the forum

car is in need of some paint and bodywork, but overall no rust and it is cleanish

the 17's i had on the car was buckled, 2 of the rims has seen there days and i opted for a swop with my bud for his jetta bbs rims.... car looks stock standard now

pulled the rooflining over as well, was looking rather crappy:

after i removed most of the support:

collecting my head next week from mike dixon and then awaiting the cams from the UK, oh got something small from my bud in the UK:

yeah vento on the wrong side but not many people know wtf it means anyways... still need to replace the lights at the rear :cry:

redone the outer cv's and no more wobble bobble kak on the long road, the car still feels "no right" getting the old Ian Glass shortened shocks this weekend coming and will be doing the front and rear brakes over as it is getting thin.

next after the brakes is collecting my worked head, my steel gasket and fitting it along with oil, rings, bearings, mains, timing chains etc..
