Vagcom faults Diagnosis help

Scaned my car today to check its health and got the following.

Do you think my Oxygen sensor is buggered and needing replaced ?

Quite impressive that one isn't it Lol. I think the limiter has been raised due to the supercharger making max boost at the top of the revs. Hence the over rev.

The oxygen sensor is only 4/5 months old, so I'm a bit confusd as to weather It's broke. And am reluctant to change it.
