michael5556 247
This will be going on my mk2 before I start.Hiya guys, I am looking at some new wheels. I have been looking at 7.5/8 upfront and either 8.5/9 wide at the back. I don't think I will be running arch trims. If needs be I have some to put on. But... And here is the but, it's going on my vrt and will be giving it some beans most days.
michael5556 247
Haha missed this bit out... What width wheels are you running and what can I run with it still being practical?
craggsy 91
Personally id keep away from 8.5 or 9s on anything other than a mk4 or above as it makes them harder to use properly daily

michael5556 247
I have seen these but going for 16's as 17's are a bit too big on a mk2, otherwise I would as I'm spending about that on a new set anyway!Might go for 8's in rear and 7.5 on fronts.
ashmk3 0
Ideally I want 16x7 and 16x8 on my mk2 hence why I'm interested in craigs 928s. At the minute I'm on the standard 14s and there far too small
