strange missfire when warm

i have an early dizzy vr6 out of a mk3,

it has a few problems,

when its warm it seems to struggle and not pull as well as it should and has recently developped a strange missfire at 3500rpm when at temperature and occasionaly when cold,

it starts fine runs fine up to 3500rpm were it seems to cut out completely and misfire, once its past 3500rpm it runs fine again (minus it struggling for power,

its had a new coil pack from gsf with new leads dizzy and rotor arm, a new knock sensor, new crank sensor, new inlet temp sensor

its realy confusing me now so any1 any ideas
