Lukey. 381
The 6mm Allen bolt is just a housing drain, you need a 36mm socket over the big plastic hexagon to get the filter out, I never use the drain plug as they are a bugger for rounding or not making a good seal. You'll lose some oil but not all of it, id leave it one night and do it the next morning so as much oil as possible had dropped back down lower than the filter housing
craggsy 91
As Lukey says. Never once took that out in 6 yrs of VR ownership
Lukey. 381
also when you do your filter and tighten it back up, it only needs 30Nm, if you over tighten it it'll crack the plastic and you'll have to buy a new one
