ez_101 1 Posted December 14, 2011 Report Share Posted December 14, 2011 Hi all, not sure if this is the right place sorry.I have a leak somewhere as my drivers footwell was sodden the night after we had that awful rain! I can't see/find any obvious holes or gaps, and no where I can see it dripping in? Any ideas?? Link to post Share on other sites

russj249 2 Posted December 14, 2011 Report Share Posted December 14, 2011 I used the air line and a blower at work, but if you do that be careful as if you blow too hard it might pop a hose off and they you'd be in more trouble. And if you do, make sure you put a rag over the rubber drain in the door shut, I somehow managed to fill my door card up doing it the first time Link to post Share on other sites

russj249 2 Posted December 14, 2011 Report Share Posted December 14, 2011 No if you open the sunroof, slide it all the way back, and there's 2 holes, one in each corner located to the front of the car, with an air blower with a long spout its easy to get a fairly good seal, but as I said before go very gentle with it. So blow from the top so gravity helps pull all the crap and water out. Open the doors first and watch the blown sludgey mush pour out! Might need to keep pushing a wire up from inside the door rubber if it gets clogged though. Link to post Share on other sites
