Corr28VR6 0
Hi Folks,Hoping you can give me some advice......When I got my engine conversion done I had stuck with the original dash etc (1.8 16V Raddo). Obviously the rev counter has been disconnected because it would not be giving an accurate reading, and to start with this didn't bother me. I now want a rev counter that works!! How do I go about this?? Will I need to try and swap in an entire Corrado or Golf VR6 dash, or is there some way of isolating the rev counter 'clock' and swapping the individual units over?Any suggestions gratefuly received.Cheers,Derek
stu h 0
did you not get the clocks with the engine?i'd have thought you could have just put some vr clocks in and hook it all up.
C8RDO 0
I'm sure there's a couple of Corrado VR6 instrument clusters on ebay at the moment. Should only cost about 30 quid.
Corr28VR6 0
Cheers, guys - just wanted to make sure it was as simple as that! I've never actually been in a genuine VR6 so wasn't sure of cluster dimensions etc. Thanks again.
