MarkGolf 6 Posted March 6, 2005 Report Share Posted March 6, 2005 Who's good for renewing a cylinder head..Well, just giving it a once over..I have 1 bent exhaust valve, so either change the one or the lot...Who can do all this?and how much, what have you guys had done? MarkGolf 6 Posted March 6, 2005 Author Report Share Posted March 6, 2005 It happpened because the timing chain guide rail snapped.. Not my enigne at the time, picked the whole engine up for £100 and only thing wrong was the bent valves. so result! My own personal engine had one of the pistons fly out the bottom end and haven't seen the damage thats done to the head yet..Both 2.9's....These VR's aren't as bullet proof as their made out!
