filtee 0
Had to call the aa out earlier as when i was driving my vr it started knocking/tapping. Sounded like a cv joint. Anyway, turns out the bolts that hold the driveshaft to the flange on the gearbox had come loose and one had sheered. He tightened the remaing five backup and followed me home. He said they need replacing as they become worn. So, i need to try and find out what bolts i need exactly along with a new gaitor and try and get some tomorrow (sunday). The car is in the bodyshop on monday having the vento front painted. Anyone know what bolts? or even better, anyone got any?

filtee 0
Got the kit yesterday. Bolts, cv boot, grease etc. Tried to do it earlier but couldnt get the bloody old boot off the end of the driveshaft, theres like an inch thick washer type thing. I can only assume that it comes off the other end of the shaft (wheel end). Can anyone confirm this or if not, tell me how i do get it off. thanks
