rsweeney 40
i had this , sometimes was fine but used to sometimes not move back up.I then tested the kickdown about 20 times throughout one week and it played up about twice. All i can say is that i got the faults codes read and the throttle body sensor came up as intermittent.I never got the throttle body reset but will when i get a proper VAG COM tool as it is done elctronically. Udi Siag 0
when the mechanic was fixing my car, he broke the Multi Function Switch (Neutral Safety Switch)So he replace it with a new one .but with a different serial which is ( 095-919-823-B )the correct serial for the VR6 AAA is ( 095-919-823-F ) now , does it have anything to do with the kickdown problem ?? Udi Siag 0
reconnect all the plugs and sensors ,clean it all , the gear respond way better now, but the kickdown is the same.. the last thing I'll do is to change the Multi Function Switch (Neutral Safety Switch) with the correct one..
