bungy 2 Posted October 7, 2011 Report Share Posted October 7, 2011 It will help to spin the engine over "dry" without fuel or plugs to get oil to the upper part of the engine and circulated before going for a start. This will help if the engine has been rebuilt. If it is a straight transplant from another car that was running then no need. Link to post Share on other sites
