bethslad 1 Posted September 28, 2011 Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 hello all just thought id let people know about the service i received from rimstyle.com, well to say i was impressed is an understatement. i ordered a set of wheels from them only to get an e mail saying to contact them about my order. got in contact and was told that the wheels i wanted were basically a no go at this time and the manufacturer was not sure when they would be producing more, so the rp on the line said he would e mail me pics of similar wheels or other wheels that i may be interested in.had a look and found a set i liked and let the rep know, at which point he said that even though the cost was slightly more i would still be charged the same price but would also receive and upgrade on the tyre package.all sorted and new wheels should be here by the end of the week or monday at the latest. im not trying to drum up business for the company but maybe they will give good service to someone else Link to post Share on other sites
