sick and tired of this noisy chain ! HELP mates (video inside)

hi there mates, i have a question, i change the chain tensioner screw with a used one 7 months ago.

lately i hear a noise when i start the car *only* in the morning.

Then when the RPM around 2300 also a noise......

could it be the chain tensioner screw again ?

by the way i changed almost everything with new parts, only the screw was used

and test the oil pressure and it was perfect, there's no fault code by CAG-COM.

oil i use is 10/40 semi synthetic

yea somethings not right there,shouldnt take that long to start, check plugs,leads,dizzy or coilpack? check ignition side of things and get it to start up as it should.

when i first had my vr6 it had a hardstart problem, the ht leads needed replaceing as it kangarood under load, but it was prone to getting a damp maf plug which made it idle funny and start wierd {not like yours is sounding though}, you may also want to check the knock sensor aswell as iv heard that can cause hardstart problems, might be worth getting the car scanned for fualts, knock sensor will defo show up if it is.
