cpfcvr6 6 Posted May 6, 2011 Report Share Posted May 6, 2011 hi guys i posted on here the other day and reaslised it was an expensive job on the mk3 golf vr6 to replace the heater matrix so were doing it now as we speak!we have loosened every nut and bolt we can see but the dash wont come out, its very loose to move but its like something is holding it on by the window demisters but cant see any nuts or bolts there? :-( :-(i know there are 2x hidden bolts holding the matrix black box in on the bulkhead behind the shiny metal heat shield but we need to get the dash out first! There's a detailed photo guide on replacing the heater matrix in the premium members section that tony has done.... for the sake of a tenner, it probably will be a big help, not to mention everything else you get also Link to post Share on other sites
