Matte black

Does anyone know how to get hold of the matte black paint with the slight gloss affect which you get on the newer cars. I dont like complete matteness of the paint

The top one looks like its been vinyl wrapped where as bottom one has been painted.....could be wrong tho

The first 1 looks to be satin black, the second looks matt.

Sounds like your looking for the satin, and any automotive paint shop will sell it in what ever type you want - cellulose, 2 pack etc

You can get a shine of matt black paint by giving it a good wax, seen a few now that look nice after a detail!!
