VRVIRGIN 0
Hi everyone, got a bit of an unusual one here.I finally got my baby back from the bodyshop this week, she's looking damn fine but my alarm has gone a bit funny.Whilst the car was in for repairs the battery died, charged up and then died again. Now the alarm won't shut or open the central locking, or flash the indicators when turned on/off. The alarm still works bar this deafect. It's a Toad AI 606 and it's just over a year old. Does anyone have any suggestions? I had Angel eyes and Crystal fogs put on the car so wondering whether the boys have buggered me wiring, any help greatly appreciated. cheers. binliner 0
Cant imagine fitting the lights would have anything to do with it... hang on a minute, you didnt pay someone to change your headlights? are you sure they havent just switched it to valet mode or something? dubloke 4
sounds like a valet mode to me as well. nt sure how to go about switching it off tho tbh, its different to a clifford i would think. cant see why the battery should go flat while in for repairs tho tbh if it does indeed have a valet mode! get in touch with whoever fitted it to start with and find out more info. if its been fubar'd by the guys doing the work on it somehow its them who will have to pay the repair or replacement imo! VRVIRGIN 0
Cheers guys, but this alarm doesn't seem to have valet mode, have read the manual but that's just useless. It arms and disarms remotely, but doesn't open/close doors or windows as normal and doesn't flash it's hazzards when it chirps anymore. Wish it were a Clifford, know my way round those.
