grom 0
Ive got some angel eye headlights with a sticker on saying 'no hid bulbs'. I guess because of the heat. just wondering if I would get away with putting 100w bulbs in without melting anything? if not any recomendations for some bright blue/white bulbs of a lesser wattage? CALICO 130
nightbreakers are the next best thing 100w bulbs are illegal for road use and still give out lots of heat so you may have the same problem
grom 0
or should I just use some 55w philips blue vision?anyone got these?
CALICO 130
if you want brighter lights i'd go for the nightbreakers if you want blue tinge then the choice is yours i personally prefer brighter lights
grom 0
I want both (blue and bright), but them night breakers look awesome. anyone else run these with angel eyes with no melting issues?

grom 0
another possibly stupid question I have is: are there 2 different h1 bulbs? as in, hi and low or one bulb for all?
Apollo 0
If your changing from standard headlights to angel eyes you will notice the difference anyway. Try the standard bulbs and see how you go.

My angel eyes dont use the normal bulb for illumination the bulb only lights main and high beam the rings are separate and light by themselves.

Lukey. 381
if you really want to improve what youve got and retain the normal bulbs setup, buy a headlight relay loom kit and give your lights the full 12v and theyll light up like a beacon, the voltage loss over the stock wiring is huge
